Ligaw Trip

IF YOU BREAK THIS YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST DAY OF YOUR LIFE TOMORROW Got this sa friendster. Hmmm... another one of those annoying chain messages. I don't know what would happen to me tomorrow, if ever it will be the 'worst' of my life, but yesterday, was definitely the mix of best and worst. Jenny and I went to Makati yesterday because we just wanted to stress ourselves out for self-amusement. Kidding aside, may pinuntahan kaming super uber secret. It was a particular building(let's call it 'the buliding') in a forest of tall establishments in Makati. Basically, we didn't know where it was. I on the other hand only knew how to commute from Sampaloc to Makati, but the rest of the travel going the the building was a great mystery for Jenny and I. We took the LRT and MRT to Makati (which proved us na madalang nalang ang gentlemen sa mundo), then took a break sa Glorietta. Jenny though she saw Sir Niel. Ganung ganun daw kasi yung porma nya. Anyway, we left Glorietta at exactly 3pm and started our more stressful adveture. Punta kami sa MRT station again and then we just followed the 'Ayala Loop' sign (yun ang sasakyan namin). We were semi-lost, then Jenny saw a jeep-like vehicle, and saw it entering a sort of parking lot. We asked for some directions and it was Ayala Loop. The problem was, the operations stopped at 3pm. And it was past three! We were like losing all the hopes that were left in our systems. The lady, bless her, told us to continue walking towards the end of the building and ride an Ayala-Washington jeepney. we followed her instruction and poof!All hopes again! We rode the jeepney and asked the driver to dropped us at Paseo (that's what the lady told us to tell the driver to drop us. It's near the street where the building was). After about 5 minutes of travel, we saw the 'Paseo' board and we were so excited!We asked for more directions, and after a couple of hours, we made it! WE MADE IT! (yes it took us a couple of hours to find the building. Yung mga directions pala na nakuha namin eh pinaikot ikot lang kami sa place. It was really really really tiring , plus the heat of the sun made it worse, but at least we went home happy.) The feeling was great. I mean, seeing the street name, i was like Sh*t, eto na yun, Sh*t, nakikita ko na yung street name! Sh*t! Malapit na kami! And when we finally saw the building itself, I was like... wow, this is definitely better than seeing Jemal half naked... The great thing was the people inside the building were nice and comfortable individuals. Nakakaaliw kasi may nakasabay kami na kamukha ni Paul Artadi. Hehe. It ws really really really amazing!:) I'm so glad we made it there, and came home alive :) THANKS JENNY FOR THE TIME! Ps. I saw nga pala Kuya Alex sa MRT station. wala lang, naikwento lang .:)

Bonn's on a 'team building' thingy so I have no one to pull for an afternoon Zagu delight. He's probably back by now. Latest realization: The songs in two of Globe Telecom's TV ads were actually from Radioactive Sago Project! The 1st one was 'Hello? Hello!' and the other one's the cha-cha kinda music, where a dude who's really annoying though cute(He reminded me so much of Jayvee, peace bro!), danced to the music, or something like that(He's the 'group hug tayo' guy). Cool kaya. Ang astig ng Radioactive! You should check them out. *Bale, idol na idol na idol na idol na idol ko talaga si Batman. Di bale na si Robin. Ayoko si Robin kasi parang bading. Magpaka senti sa pelikula Trip

Writer's Block what? I am so glad to say that my so-called writer's block is slowly vanishing for good! I think boredom has its positivity sometimes. I was so bored these past few days that i had started a fiction. Although it was not a Palanca award- worthy kinda story, but hey, it's a good start right?And in between writing my first ever 'longer-that-one-page' short story, I wrote 2 poems. Haha! I wish I am back for good!:) I'll post my poems later. Medyo tinatamad ako mag type. Hehe Dreadlocks I suddenly want a dreadlocked hair (tama ba yung term? parang mali...). Wala lang. But it would look pretty weird in a girl. I saw this girl one time at the mall with a dreadlocksand it was totally cool! Mukha lang syang madumi talaga. But, o well, I love my -according to marj - balik ayos hair so much and maybe someday I'll have the guts to continue my plan *wink* 5 People you meet in Heaven(The Movie) Oh, I love the movie so much! The movie adoptation was very much well detailed. Galing ng pagka gawa. Unlike the Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter where some scenes from the books are ommited, 5PYMiH is the perfect version of my favorite Mitch Albom fiction. I first read that the movie version will be aired on the Hallmark Channel in an interview with Mitch Albom on the Philippined Daily Inquirer (March 27, 2005). Of course I was thrilled to found that out and I searched for the airing time. Then I failed. I think that the web sked of Hallmark was not updated. Not until Vea tagged me! Astig! Anyways, if you are a person who watched Constantine just because a friend of yours told you that the 'tagalog speaking demon in a Keanu Reeves movie' was so cool, you'll enjoy 5 People more. (I remember when Abu yM me and told me 'Aika, panuorin mo yung Constantine, may nagtagalog sa unahan!' Then I watched the movie, thinking that this 'nagtagalog sa unahan' would save the world. I was a bit surprised by the scene, and a bit offended too). The tagalog speaking sweet girl, Tala, is definitely better that the tagalog-speaking-bad spirit, don't you think? SpongeBob Trip

Look! New look! After a lot of thinking if I should change my look (the blog, that is), I finally did! I'm not really sure how it looked like in other browsers, so tell me if something's messed up okay? It was my 1st time to use Adobe Photoshop ('coz I'm using the program that comes with the digicam. Crap, I forgot its name) and completly cool about it. Astig! Hehe :) I've watched na nga pala Spongebob Square Pants the Movie!Yippee yippee! Now there's a happy kid inside me! Hehe... now, about the movie... I love watching the flick!I was even amazed seeing Bonn laughing his heart out, pero sabi nya sakin, ayaw nya kay spongebob. I'm not saying that SBSP is the best kiddy movie ever. I'd rather watch the series in the television, but the movie version was not that bad. Kaya lang, in some parts, i think they tried t hard to make people laugh. Yung iba nakakatawa, yung iba, medyo corny. But one thing is for sure, A lot of kids and kids by heart would enjoy the movie. (Now I remember, puro bata yung kasabay namin sa sinehan. And they were looking at me nung tumatawa ako. hehehe) Anyway, Jenny(she's my anak), meet your father *twinkle twinkle* --->

Carbonara/Movie Trip

Hay! Sa wakas, nakapag blog diN! POPE JOHN PAUL II It's all over the news. The head of the catholic church is dead. Of course, I can't help but be sad about it. But come to think of it, we must put everything in God's hand. Everything was God's will. Ok na yung ganun kesa naman sa mahirapan pa si Pope. I'm sure he is happy where he is right now. I'm not really a 'pope person'. Yeah, i already saw him in person when he visited our country years back. He's transpo passed by Lacson Street. I will never forget that moment. My mom, my siblings, our borders and I were anticipating for the vehicle to come. We were fooling around pa nga noon and we were shouting 'ayan na si pope!'. Aside from that, I have no other contact with the pope, aside from his chair in the UST Museum. But it's really sad. Ironically, I was reading Angels and Demons a week ago. ( sa hindi pa nakakabasa, the pope died in the fiction). O well, let's just pray for his soul. Tsaka for the Pope-to-be. PERSTAYM... A SUCCESS!!! Just look at that! For those people who knew me well knew that it was my DREAM to ccok my very own Carbonara. I asked a couple of people about it but, silly me, i always forget everything they said. Until this morning I cooked my very own carbonara with nobody's help! And It was not bad for a first timer! I'm so PROUD! Hinulaan ko lang yung mga lahok and it turned up pretty good! Sometimes, i even amaze myself :) YIPEE!!! MOVIE MARATHON Ms. Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous - Things straight: I had more good laughs in this series compared to the 1st installation. I'm not saying that this is better than the 1st but, OK, that's exactly my point. I enjoyed this movie so much because it kept me and my movie buddy a good time. But there was a little downside in the movie... ASAN SI ERIC? My movie buddy haven't watched the part one yet. And she was totally lost about the love interest of the lead character. sayang, I think they should have shown a bit of Eric Matthew's face. Because he is really hot ;)

The Pacifier - The idea of a very hot hunk changing diapers is really cute. I love most of the scenes. Especially when Vin Diesel danced *wink*. But the story's a bit vague. They should at least focused a bit more at the story plot. It was not clear what was 'The Ghost' all about. But the military man + brats = fun was all clear. And Vin Diesel is really really HOT!:) PASSED? Yippee!!! I passed all my subjects! I am so proud of myself! All the glory goes up to HIM!!! BIRTHDAYS HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAY ARIANNE DOMINIQUE ORELLOSA!!!!
